A rolling 24-hour cap on add attempts per account, independent of the per-action delay above — sustained activity all day is itself a common trigger for account restrictions regardless of how spaced-out each individual request is. Once an account hits this limit, the worker automatically routes new items to your other assigned accounts (or pauses the job in COOLDOWN if none have capacity left) until the window rolls forward — nothing is dropped, just delayed.
